… Party Chair Urges Aggreieved Members to Sheath Sword, Unite for all Candidates
The chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Oshodi-Isolo local government area, Hon Saheed Animashaun has congratulated Nigerians on the occasion of the 62nd Independence Day anniversary.
Animashaun asked Nigerians to use the occasion to reflect on the prospects of the country and work for its development.
He charged all to be ambassadors of peace in their various abodes and work for peaceful and harmonious coexistence between one another in the society.
Animashaun in a congratulatory message, urged all aggrieved members of the party to sheath swords and come together as a united party to work as a family for the coming general elections.
He said it is only through a united front that the party can attain resounding success in the coming elections.
He said; “I want to congratulate Nigerians for witnessing another glorious Independence Day anniversary of our dear country. Let’s all continue to work for its greatness.
Let’s be our brother’s keeper, let’s all live in peace and harmony with our neighbours irrespective of political, tribal or cultural affiliations, we are all one and Nigeria remains an indivisible nation.”
To the aggrieved party members, the chairman asked them to board the ship of success together with him and his executive to steer the affairs of the party to the promised land.
“My dear party members, I once again extend my hands of fellowship to you all, let’s embrace one another with love and peace. Let’s come together to work as a united front for the good of all our candidates and our dear party. It is only through cohesion that will can all enjoy the dividends of democracy and have a great party of our dreams. Please let’s sheath our swords and embrace peace.”
