The executive chairman of Oshodi-Isolo local government, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede has felicitated Nigerians on the occasion of the 62nd Independence Day anniversary.
Oloyede specifically congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari, Oshodi-Isolo local government residents, Lagosians and all citizens on the occasion of the independence anniversary saying the celebration serves as retrospect for all to examine the Nigeria project over r the years.
The council boss while congratulating Nigerians urged all to continue to work for the greatness of the nation. He called on all to pray and work for peace and harmony in the country.
The council boss seizes the occasion to reassure residents of his administration’s commitment to continue on massive infrastructural development projects his administration has embarked upon.
He said more roads, schools and health facilities will be upgraded for the benefit of all residents.
Oloyede said; “I on behalf of the management, staff and people of Oshodi-Isolo local government congratulate the President and Commander-in-chief of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari on the occasion of the Independence Day anniversary. I also congratulate our residents for witnessing yet another Independence Day anniversary, I pray for continued peace and harmony in the country.
“As we celebrate, I urge Nigerians to believe in the Nigeria project, though we are facing some challenges as a nation, they are surmountable, if we all believe and work for it. We will work more assiduously as government at the grassroots to deliver more infrastructures for the benefit of our people.”
