Mustapha Hafsoh Abiodun, a passionate teacher at Ojodu Primary School in Ikeja LGA, has inspired teachers at Ojodu Primary School with her classroom transformation initiative.

Abiodun partnered with Hope for Peace Women Initiative (HopeWin), to revamp her primary one classroom, in order to create a more engaging and creative learning environment for her students.

The transformation, meant to enhance student well-being and boost participation, caught the attention of both students and staff of the school with a plan to follow suit.
To date, she has assisted in revamping four additional classrooms, with more similar projects in the pipeline.

“After I revamped my classroom, many of my colleagues were eager to replicate the results in theirs. It’s amazing to see how this small initiative has grown and inspired others to create more vibrant learning spaces,” Abiodun said.

The collaboration with HopeWin stemmed from a belief in the power of environment to influence learning. “A well-designed classroom can inspire creativity, increase engagement, and support students’ social and emotional growth,” she explained.
