The executive chairman of Oshodi-Isolo local government, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede has commended the Lagos state Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu for the flag off of the diarrhoea eradication vaccine called Rota Virus Vaccine kick-off at the local government on Friday.
Oloyede represented by his wife Mrs Fadekemi, speaking at the flag-off ceremony at the open field of the council secretariat eulogised the sagacity of the Governor in steering the affairs of the state.
He advised the residents to make their children ages 0 to 2 years old available to receive the vaccine to prevent outbreak of diarrhoea in the state.
The council boss said his administration will continue to support the THEMES agenda of the state by ensuring continued massive infrastructural projects developments in the local government.
Oloyede also seized the occasion to appeal to the residents to cast their votes for the governor, presidential candidate and all candidates of the party in the coming general elections.
Also speaking, the Vice chairman Mrs Modupe Badmus-Aregbe thanked the state governor and appealed to residents to make use of the periods given for the vaccination exercise to vaccinate their children.
