A great feat was made in Oshodi-Isolo local government area of Lagos, South West Nigeria as a resident of the council, Silifat Arike Salaudeen made first class in the Nigerian law school examination.

Silifat who is 25 years made the first class in the final examinations of the Law School.

The Executive Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo local government, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede has congratulated and lauded the feat made by the Oshodi born female law graduate, Silifat Arike Salaudeen.

Oloyede in his commendation and congratulations message described Silifat as a “source of pride to the community and the state at large”.

The council boss commended the female lawyer for making the local government proud and restoring the glory of the council in the area of education.

An elated council chairman used the occasion to reiterate the commitment of his administration to the education development of the council, promising to make learning aids available and develop the infrastructure in the education sector.

Otunba Oloyede urged pupils in schools across the local government to emulate Silifat’s sterling performance by excelling in their studies while assuring he will always reward academic excellence.

In his words, “let me congratulate another Oshodi product, Salaudeen Silifat Arike, for obtaining first class in the recent law school examinations. We are proud of her and will always use her as a point of contact for younger ones. Let me state that as a government, we shall reward excellence, encourage and support our students to stardom. On behalf of the Executive, management, staff and the entire Oshodi-Isolo people, I celebrate this victory, it’s a success for us, and we are proud of your academic feat Salaudeen Silifat Arike.”
